FAQs

The Wedding Website of Hunter Odom and Isaac Balough
Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Covington Gardens on April 4, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 4 PM.

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please arrive early to allow time to mingle and find seats before the ceremony begins.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, no, and we are so sorry about that! There are many hotels/air bnbs in the area and we are unable to accommodate everyone at different sites.

Question

If we rent a car - is there parking on the property?

Answer

The venue has a parking lot on site which can hold up to 100 cars!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

On another page, there are two slides that show a specific color palette with plenty of colors to choose from! Please make sure you dress in cocktail or formal attire. We ask to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, creams, ivories), as well as jeans. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to Hunter!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Our registry is right here on Zola! Feel free to click through the other tabs of this website, and it should take you right to it.

Question

Can we send gifts directly to your home?

Answer

Absolutely! All registry gifts can be shipped straight to our home for your convenience.

Question

Do you have a honeymoon/cash fund?

Answer

Yes - we have set up a honeymoon fund if you'd prefer to contribute to our adventures rather than a physical gift.

Question

What if we have food allergies?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies when you RSVP!!! We have a set menu with a couple of options with our caterer, but will work with them to have some served allergen free for your safety.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer and wine available throughout the evening. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please be responsible going back to your overnight stays when the night is finished.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would prefer if no one took photos during the ceremony and remained unplugged, so please keep phones and cameras away until cocktail hour. After that, snap all the photos you would like!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

If your children are invited, your invitation will specifically say, “The ____ Family” (for the sake of the venue, children are considered all those under the age of 21). If your envelope does not say that, your children are not able to come. We know many people with children and though we have invited many of your littles, we still have had to limit it due to our guest count. We hope you understand!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to a limited guest count, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you were granted a plus-one, their name will be written on your invitation. If your invitation states only your name, it is for you only. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue and vendors with exact numbers by a certain date, so please do not RSVP late.
