Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event. We ask that you dress in your most fun, brightly colored outfit that matches our color palette. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in whatever you choose. Boys, feel free to wear nice boots and pressed jeans with a blazer or sports coat. Cowboy hats are also welcome. Ladies, remember the ceremony will be outside in grass, a block heel might save you some trouble. You can see the color palette above!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by May 13th, either on our website or by mail. You will get a response card in the mail when you receive your invitation! If you miss the deadline, please contact Kara directly.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:45pm! The venue will be transporting guests to and from the ceremony site. If you show up at 6, you will miss the transportation; therefore, you will miss the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to capacity constraints, we ask that only those addressed on the invitation attend our wedding and reception. If you have further questions, please contact Kara directly.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Parents, we love your kiddos, but due to capacity constraints the only kids at the wedding and reception will be those that are part of the ceremony. This includes our nieces and nephews only. Take a night off and enjoy this special occasion with us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes!! Please contact Kara directly with any dietary restrictions as soon as you can!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, but the venue is within range for Lyft and Uber services. PLEASE use these services if you plan to take advantage of the open bar. We love you all and want you to be very safe :)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you can park at the venue for free! If you end up needing a ride home, you can get your vehicle by 11am the next day.

Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception, so make sure to bring your ID! Although the alcohol will be free, tipping your bartenders is always appreciated :)
