Getting to the Venue

The A-Vent Space is a short (20-minute) drive from the airport! The address is listed at the link above. If you plan to stay at the hotel on site, please plan to head to the same address as the venue. If you plan to rent a car, please do so as soon as possible as rental cars are a hot commodity at this time. You may also Uber, Lyft, or call a taxi. Reach out if you need help with transportation to the venue.

This is where we are having our room block. If you choose to stay with us at our hotel, you will receive a 10% discount. Please call the hotel to reserve your room under our guest block: (913) 596-6000. Just let them know that you're booking under the Avakyants wedding! Note: All rooms have either queen or king beds. Each room has a tub and a separate bathroom. Rooms in our block are 219 with the discount + tax. You can choose between luxury, adventure, or classic decor. The hotel is located next door to the venue so no need to worry about getting to and from the wedding! The hotel is also a lounge and spa if you wish to partake in these additional offerings.
