We love kids and are happy to welcome them. Please let us know if you plan to bring your little ones when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Kansas City! Typical October weather ranges between 48 degrees and 68 degrees, however last year was a bit warmer- in the 70s. We recommend checking the weather 10 days out from the wedding and planning accordingly. The ceremony is scheduled to take place outside weather depending. The reception will take place indoors.

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of the A-vent Space.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

What should I wear?

We plan to look nice and would love for you to look nice too! Dress to impress: Pretty dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to take place outside weather depending. The reception will take place indoors.

Is it ok to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us!

What about COVID-19?

Answer

We are mindful of creating a safe environment for all who are able to celebrate with us. We encourage everyone to be vaccinated. We welcome those who prefer to wear masks to do so. If you are sick or test positive for covid, we ask that you reach out so we can find another time to celebrate with you.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Answer

We recommend flying in at least a day early, purchasing flight insurance, and/or a refundable ticket. If you have any travel challenges, please just let us know.
