Our Love Story
Khalid and Seme first met in 2018 when they both worked in the same office space at the University of Albany. They then spent time getting to know each other as friends and got closer with the introduction of life milestones such as getting their own first apartments. By March of 2020, with COVID-19 on the rise, and living within near minutes of each other, Khalid and Seme began to see more of each other and started dating.
With nothing but time on their hands, necessitated by the COVID-19 shutdown, these two lovebirds continued to wall through their biggest journeys and milestones together, such as graduating from college, joining the military, and starting graduate school. Now, the couple walks through their biggest journey together as they look to start a new life as “two hearts living just one life".
