Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask you to come dressed in Formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit (ties optional), while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. Anything that you feel most comfortable in - we can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making any accommodations in advance!

Will you be providing transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
We have arranged for transportation to the venue from The Westin. Prior to the ceremony, there will be a shuttle from The Westin to Bavaria Downs. At the end of the night, shuttles will be returning to the The Westin only. The ride will be roughly 25 minutes each way. Shuttle will be departing the Westin to the venue at 3:45pm. Shuttles returning from the venue to the Westin will start at 9pm.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Please arrive at 4:00pm. This ensures that you have enough time to get to your seat and grab a glass of champagne!

Will the Ceremony & Reception take place at the same location?
Answer
Yes, everything will be on the property! The ceremony will be outside at the Edward Anne Estate (weather permitting), cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors, and the reception will take place inside.

What if I need help getting to my seat?
Answer
There will be a golf cart available for those needing extra assistance getting around the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
While we'd love to have everyone at our wedding, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus ones unless indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

If I plan on driving, where will I park? And can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
Please follow the signs leading to the Edward Anne Estate, located at the far end of the driveway. When you pull on to the main road of the venue you will continue driving straight, go past the white barn venue and you will arrive at the Edward Anne Estate. There is a parking lot right next to the venue! You can leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up by 11am Sunday morning.
