FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP for the wedding?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online here via our wedding website or via text message to the bride or groom, if preferred.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 15, 2025. We appreciate your prompt response, as it helps us plan for our special day!

Question

Is there parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, both locations will have parking available for guests.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, you may want to come prepared with a light jacket and comfortable footwear, just in case, as it can get chilly in Waimea and both venues do have some lawn areas.

Question

What airport should I fly into for the wedding?

Answer

If you are planning to stay in Waimea we recommend flying into Kona International Airport (KOA) for the easiest access. However, if you decide to fly into the Hilo side, no worries! The drive is a bit longer, but you’ll also have some beautiful scenic views along the way!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Guests are invited to wear their finest aloha attire or semi-formal wear. If you're a vintage lover like the bride, we encourage you to showcase your most stylish vintage muʻu, aloha shirts, and classic fashions. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white or cream, as these colors are reserved for the bride and groom. We can't wait to see your fabulous outfits!

Question

How far is the ceremony from the reception?

Answer

The ceremony is only about a 3-minute drive from the reception, so it’s super quick and easy to get from one spot to the other. We’ve kept everything close by to make it as stress-free as possible for you!
