We kindly encourage guests to arrive no earlier than 3:30 PM. Seating will open at that time, and the ceremony will shortly begin promptly. To avoid any disruptions, we won’t be able to seat guests once the ceremony starts—thank you for helping us keep everything on time!

Our wedding will be formal / black tie optional. We kindly ask guests to avoid the following: casual attire (t-shirts, shorts, casual sundresses, Flip flops, jeans, or sneakers) White, ivory, cream, or any color that could be mistaken for white (white dress-shirts are ok!) Kindly avoid chocolate brown so the bridal party can shine. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. Gentlemen may wear suits with a tie. Dress comfortably yet appropriately. Thank you for celebrating with us!
The ceremony will take place outdoors, but the remainder of the events will take place both indoors and outdoors. Late February temperatures in Lake Wales typically range from the low to mid-50s°F during the afternoon and can drop to the 40s–50s°F in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for comfort later in the night.
Yes! Complimentary on-site parking will be available for all guests at Bella Cosa, with parking areas located in front of the venue (gravel parking lot). Do not park on the black concrete, that is only for staff parking.
Yes! Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and our catering team will do their best to accommodate.

We are hosting an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Before the ceremony begins, we will pause briefly for a quick photo moment, then kindly ask guests to put phones away and enjoy. Our photographer will capture everything so you won’t miss a thing.
While we love pets and will even have our pup at the wedding, we ask that you refrain from bringing your furry friends. Our little guy will be mostly in the suite except during our ceremony.
Due to venue capacity at Bella Cosa, invitations are addressed specifically to the names listed. If you were extended a plus one, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP.
Yes! We will be offering an open bar throughout the evening, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, along with champagne for toasts.
