Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Kids are welcome to join, though no judgment if you decide to leave them at home ;) Please just let us know if your kiddos are joining the festivities when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Scotland is notoriously misty, so definitely stay open to the possibility that we will see some rain! However our wedding is taking place during the driest and warmest season, so there is a good chance we have sunny weather. Regardless, it will be mild with the max temperature most likely in the mid to low 60's - and this will be a summer solstice wedding so look forward to the extra hours of daylight!

What is the wedding dress code?
Answer
Black-tie optional! We encourage you to pull out your best looks for the occasion, but ultimately want you to feel comfortable and wear something you can dance in (or at least kick off your shoes if needed). The groom and groomspeople are wearing kilts so if you would like to wear a kilt please feel free to do so! Will there be a shuttle to the venue on the wedding day?
Answer
Yes! We will arrange shuttle service for our guests staying in the nearby village of Moffat to and from Auchen Castle for the big day.

Fear not! Please note your dietary restrictions/allergies when you RSVP so that we can share with our venue and make sure we have options for you.
