Can I choose which celebrations to attend?
Answer
Welcome to our Choose Your Own Wedding Adventure! With our family and friends spread across the country, we’ve planned celebrations in three locations — Mexico, Texas, and Ohio — so everyone has a chance to join in. Celebrate with us as much or as little as you’d like! If you can’t make it to Mexico, we’d love to see you at one of the local gatherings in Ohio or Texas. And if you’re coming to Mexico but still want to join us for another celebration, we’d be thrilled to celebrate with you again!

How do I get from the Cancun airport to the resort?
Answer
Private shuttle (BARCELO MAYA GRAND RESORT) https://www.vacacionesbarcelo.com/transfers/mexico - If you choose this option, please coordinate with Viviana, and she will add the roundtrip transportation to your hotel reservation. - These vans comfortably fit 4 people plus luggage. You can coordinate with others who may be arriving the same day/time to book your van for the group (if you only need one van for the group, this should only be added to one room reservation or else you'll book multiple vans). - If you are traveling alone, feel free to contact Lauren or Cole to find out if other guests will be arriving at a similar time for you to share a van! There are additional convenient, all-day shuttles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the resort. These services isn’t part of the hotel package, so you’ll book/pay separately. - happyshuttlecancun.com - cancunairporttransportations.com NOTE: Ubers are not permitted to pick up or drop off at the Cancun Airport.

What nights should I book at the resort?
Answer
The bride and groom will be in Mexico from Wednesday, May 6 through Wednesday, May 13. We’d love for you to join us for however long you’d like—make it a full vacation or just pop in for the celebration! We recommend booking Friday, May 8th through Sunday, May 10th at the minimum to ensure you are able to celebrate all events.

How do I book the resort in Mexico?
Answer
There are numerous hotels within this resort, so please note that all guests must stay at the Barceló Maya Palace Hotel. TO RESERVE ROOMS WITHIN OUR HOTEL BLOCK Please see direct contact info for Viviana below. She will book for you to ensure our locked-in rate of $285/night for two guests. After this date, any unclaimed rooms will be released to the public. New reservations can be made subject to availability.
