Flights and Passports
Flights: For those traveling from the US, the best airport to fly into is Dublin Airport. Bellingham Castle is about 40mins from the airport. There are various options for flights from the US. Google will be your best friend when figuring out what flights may work best for your own travels/budget. The most popular airlines for travel from US to Dublin are Aer Lingus and Delta. If feasible, we encourage you to fly in at least a full day or two ahead, to allow for you to adjust to the time change. We know many guests are looking to make a trip out of the occasion, so below are a few travel “hubs” that we would recommend looking into. Iceland Portugal London Paris Flights to & from Dublin are usually very reasonable in price once you are in Europe, so we suggest you do some digging by just google searching “Dublin to Europe” (or vice versa, if you are planning to travel elsewhere in Europe prior to our wedding). Passports: Please be sure that you have a valid, up to date passport! To travel to Ireland, your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay. There is no minimum passport validity requirement for U.S. citizens entering Ireland. See FAQs for more info.

Where to Stay?
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for our guests at Fairways Hotel, in nearby Dundalk, for the night of the wedding. The hotel block will provide guests with shuttle transport to and from the venue. Rates for rooms within the hotel block are as follows: €185BB DBL (equal to 197.58 US dollars) and €175BB SGL (equal to 186.90 US dollars). The Fairways Hotel asked that we kindly advise our guests to book directly with them to be able to benefit from the room rate and transport to/from the venue- booking a room within the block is not available online, therefore please call (or email) the hotel directly and provide CODE 123576. If you were to book through a third party (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), you would not be entitled to the transport to/from the venue. Please book a room as soon as possible to help secure your place in the hotel block. In the case the hotel block is completely booked, but you would still like to stay at Fairways Hotel, you may still book a room if there is availability. However, your stay would not be at the rates noted and would not include transport to and from the venue. If you would prefer to book accommodations elsewhere, please do not hesitate to do so! We understand other hotels, B&B’s or airbnbs in the area may better suit your travels. (See the FAQ section for some other suggested accommodations.) The limited accommodations on castle grounds have been assigned.
