When should I arrive?

Please arrive to the ceremony site no later than 5:15 pm.

Where should I park?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Tree Side location across from the Pool House. The venue will have directional signs posted for guests to follow. You may park at the Pool House and move your vehicle closer to the Clubhouse after the ceremony. You may also choose to park at the Clubhouse and walk to the ceremony site. We kindly encourage cocktail attire.

When is the shuttle?

Answer

For guests staying at our hotel block, complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Shuttles will depart from the Courtyard St. Louis St. Peters at 4:15 PM and 5:00 PM. Return shuttles will leave Old Hickory at 10:30 PM and 11:15 PM. Due to limited seating, please plan to board at the time assigned to you by Jackie and Drew.
