While we did not create a hotel block, we do have a few recommendations. Your closest options are going to be in Jamestown, about a 15 minute drive. If you prefer to be right off of the highway, we recommend - Hampton Inn & Suites or Holiday Inn Express. If you prefer to be downtown within walking distance of activities, we recommend - DoubleTree by Hilton or La Quinta Inn & Suites (we will be staying here!).
Yes, there is plenty of parking available. We would love for you to make arrangements for a DD, even if that means you need to leave your vehicle overnight and return for it in the morning!
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm. Please arrive no earlier than 3:20 and no later than 3:50, to allow time for parking and finding a seat.
No, but while we would love you to capture and remember this moment with us, we do kindly ask you to reserve photographs until AFTER the Bride walks down the aisle .. seriously, please!
Please wear your best Cocktail Attire! Whether that's a sundress or cocktail dress, gentlemen in jackets and dress shirts preferred. Absolutely no jeans please. This will be an outdoor event, so plan accordingly - ladies the ceremony will be in the lawn, so it's okay to skip the stilettos!
Weather permitting - the ceremony, cocktail hour and best part of the reception will all be outdoors to take in the beautiful summer landscape. Dinner will be seated indoors, providing a break from the sun in the cool A.C.
While we would love to have everyone, we have curated our guestlist for an intimate evening of close friends and loved ones. We apologize, but we are only able to accommodate guests who were formally invited.
Our wedding will be an adult-only evening, aside from those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time!
