Cancún (airport code: CUN) will be the easiest airport to fly into. The resort offers free transfers to and from the airport if you stay for at least three nights, so a rental car will not be necessary. Once you have booked your travel, you can coordinate airport transfer by emailing Seasons Transfers (transfers@seasonstours.com).

Please book GROUP RATES to ensure you get the best rate!** Please be advised that to take advantage of our discount code, you must stay at the resort at least three nights. We recommend arriving Thursday, 10/23/25 and leaving Sunday, 10/26/25. This will ensure you can participate in all of the activities we have planned for our celebration. This code is good for booking a certain number of rooms and is based on availability at the resort. It is highly encouraged for you to book your stay as soon as possible. Be sure to identify the correct number of individuals in each room. Upon booking, you will not be asked to pay for your room up front. You will be asked to add a card on file, where a $1 charge will be processed for verification. After submitting information for the $1 charge, if the page reloads with a booking confirmation that is GREEN, your charge went through, and you are good to go. If the page reloads with a booking confirmation that is ORANGE, this means your $1 charge did not go through. You can complete the following steps: - Insert a new card number and try again. - Call your bank and give them permission to process the $1 charge from Mexico, then call the resort and have them run the card again. If you do not complete this within 24 hours, they will cancel your booking, and you will have to rebook. Once you receive your booking ID, write it down, as the confirmation email can take some time to arrive in your inbox. Airport transfer is included for free if you are staying at least three nights. Please avoid booking your airport transfer at this time. We will support that coordination closer to the date. The total amount due for the room will be booked to the card on file 30 days before your arrival. Tipping While At The Resort

While the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend all guests bring additional funds to tip the service workers throughout the resort. Tipping servers, bartenders, concierge, activities instructors, transfer drivers, attendants, and others is a meaningful way to support the individuals ensuring our experience is as wonderful as we want it to be.
