Do I have to stay at Finest Playa Mujeres resort to attend the wedding activities?

Answer

Yes. To attend all wedding activities, you must have booked a room using our discount code at Finest Playa Mujeres, and staying at least Thursday, October 23 - Sunday, October 26.

Is there a dress code at the resort?

Answer

Yes. While vacation casual is appropriate at the resort, each dining location requires specific dress codes. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When you go to RSVP, you will see if you have been allocated a plus one or not. Due to capacity constraints, we are unfortunately unable to offer every guest a plus one. We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any concerns or questions, reach out to Jenna directly.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, this will be a kid-free event outside of our immediate family. At this time, all events throughout our wedding weekend will be kid-free. If you decide to bring your children on this trip, the resort offers a Kids Club that you may take advantage of. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the availability of the Kids Club during the hours of our wedding activities. For more information, check out: https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/finest-for-families/ If you opt to bring additional family members to watch your children during wedding activities, and it results in needing additional rooms. We kindly ask that you avoid using our promocode for the additional rooms. The promocode shall only be used for guests attending the wedding, and we will be forced to cancel any additional rooms under the promocode for non-guests.

Can we take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer and videographer on site. To avoid interference with other flashes or mobile screens, we kindly ask all guests to avoid taking pictures or videos during the ceremony. You are free to take as many pictures or videos as you'd like during the other wedding activities and the reception!

When should I book my hotel room by?

Answer

We suggest booking your room as soon as possible. This is an incredibly popular resort, and the discount code is based on the availability of rooms at the time. Book as soon as you can confirm your attendance to avoid not having a room. Check out the travel section of our website for more information on how to book and pay for your room.

What is the best way to book my trip?

Answer

You must stay at the resort to attend the wedding activities. To ensure you're included in all group benefits, you are required to book directly through the resort page. We strongly advise against booking a Suite + Flight package through Finest Playa Mujeres, as you cannot use our discount code for those packages. Additionally, if you choose to book through a third party, you will be unable to use our discount code and may be unable to attend the wedding activities. Please refer to the travel section of our website for specific information for booking your room. You may purchase your flights in whatever manner is easiest for you.

What if I can't attend?

We understand not every individual will be able to attend our celebration. We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible and let us know.

Is there anything that is not included at the resort?

Answer

Although tips are technically included in your resort package, you’ll want to bring some 1’s and 5’s for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay. Keep in mind that your shuttle driver isn’t a part of the resort staff, so bring some cash for your transfer driver. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid for with a credit card at the hotel.
