This event is black-tie optional. The ceremony will take place outdoors.
Guests may start arriving at 3:30. If you require extra assistance to get to your seat, please let us know! The venue offers VIP transport service for those who may be nervous about walking up and down hills and stairs, and we will make this available to you. Mid-April in Western North Carolina tends to be in the upper 50s or low 60s during the day and the mid 40s during the evening.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Please enjoy signature cocktails and charcuterie at The Game Lawn while we finish setting up for the Reception.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

A variety of food will be served throughout the evening, schedule and menu to come. While the reception is indoors, there are also lawn games and a bonfire outdoors near the reception space. If you would like to make use of these areas but require additional assistance, please let us know.
