Question

Answer

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We kindly recommend that you arrive no later than 3:30 pm, so you can comfortably park, find your seats, and get comfortable. Once the ceremony begins, no guest will be allowed into the venue until after it ends!

Answer

Parking is located on site, steps away from the door to the venue.

Question

Can I bring a date or a plus 1?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only! Therefore, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation RSVP does not include a guest, then we expect to have ONLY you join us for our special day! Please note that there will be someone at the door checking names. If you or your guest's name is not on the guest list, YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED!

Question

What if I already RSVP'ed and I no longer can attend?

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes/ No. We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture the many memories of our special day. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony, if you can not do so in your seat. THERE WILL BE NO STANDING PHOTOS ALLOWED DURING OUR CEREMONY. However, we know that our hired professionals may not be able to capture the candid moments that our family and friends can, so we encourage you all to take plenty of photos during our reception and/or ceremony AS LONG AS THEY DON'T INTERFERE WITH OUR HIRED PROFESSIONALS. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TheWExperience21 and @TheWExperience21 on IG so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
