Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to have enough time to settle in, sign our guest book, and find your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will be outdoors on the patio, and the reception will be indoors (with doors and windows open). We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means no phones or cameras, please :) Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the moment, and we'll be sure to share it afterwards. Please note that our wedding will be a fully vaccinated event, and we encourage guests to take a COVID test within two days of the wedding as well to ensure we're keeping everyone as safe as possible. Please join us after the ceremony for cocktail hour and a reception. There will be an open bar*, buffet-style dinner, and dancing into the night! *Please note that the bar will be serving sake, beer, and wine only. Unfortunately the venue does not allow hard liquor on the premises, which includes the parking lot area.

Casual attire
For folks that will still be in town, we're planning optional casual time on Saturday in Oakland. Currently, the plan is to meet at a local brewery, Two Pitchers Brewing Company, which serves food and drinks. Exact location is subject to change depending on the number of guests we're expecting, so please check back here for updates closer to the date :) Note: RSVP isn't binding, we're just aiming to get a rough sense of headcount
