We recommend flying into Barcelona (BCN). Before departing for Spain be sure to understand Covid-19 entry requirements: 1). US Embassy Spain/Andorra, https://es.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information/ 2). Spanish Embassy, https://www.sanidad.gob.es/en/profesionales/saludPublica/ccayes/alertasActual/nCov/spth.htm 3). QR Code Portal (you MUST complete the information in this portal to generate a QR code for entry into Spain) https://spth.gob.es/. If you are traveling beyond Spain after the celebration, BE SURE TO CHECK REQUIREMENTS for entry into those countries as a non-EU resident traveling from Spain. Before returning to the US, check the US Embassy site for reentry requirements. https://es.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information/ Once you arrive, consider spending some time exploring Barcelona before grabbing a rental car to arrive in the Costa Brava of Spain. Entry to popular tourist sites in the EU often require pre-purchased tickets. If you haven't been to the Sagrada Familia, we highly recommend that you arrange for tickets. After more than 100 years, it is still under construction. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it may be the last great cathedral and is truly a modern day wonder. Rentals/Hotels
If you are arriving before June 29, most guests will be staying at one of two rentals in Calogne, CT, Spain. 1). Rio d'Oro - this is where most of the "young" guests will stay. Kyra and Kyle will text or email the address to you. The house is available from June 25-June 29. 2). Mas Rosella - this is where the "older" guests will stay. Lynne will text the address to you on June 23. The house is available from June 23-June 29. If you plan to arrive by June 23, please let Lynne know. If staying in Barcelona on either the front or back end of your visit, there are many hotels, hostels, and Airbnb type rental options available. We like to stay at the Hotel 1898.
