For the ceremony, there is a free parking lot adjacent to St. Ann Church on the corner of North Union Street and Gilpin Avenue, as well as free street parking on both Union and Gilpin if the lot is full.
It's a 25-minute drive or Uber ride from the church to our reception venue via Concord Pike (202). A complimentary valet parking service will be provided at Penn Oaks for those driving directly to the venue.
Starting at 3:30 p.m., a Penn Oaks shuttle service will begin picking up guests from the Hampton Inn and the Hotel Warner before the reception and will run continuously throughout the night.
Our cocktail hour starts at 5 p.m. with an open bar. Penn Oaks will open a cash bar at 4 p.m. for any guests who arrive early. There is also the Marquee Bar & Lounge directly next to the Hotel Warner in downtown West Chester.
