Wedding Transportation

To help everyone get to and from the celebration safely and stress-free, we'll be providing shuttle transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue. Transportation is available to and from Yonah Mountain Vineyards from the Holiday Inn and the Fairfield Hotels only. Getting to the Ceremony: There will be 2 pick-up times from the hotel: - First pick-up: 3:50pm | Shuttle leaves at 4:00pm - Second pick-up: 4:20pm | Shuttle leaves at 4:30pm Please try your best to catch the 3:50pm shuttle! If too many people wait for the 4:20pm shuttle, there may not be enough seats for everyone. Returning to the Hotel: Shuttles will run form the venue back to the hotels at: - 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM - 11:00 PM We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Located approximately 1 hour and 30 min from Yonah Mountain Vineyards. If you are flying in for our wedding, we would encourage you to consider arriving at a time that allows you to avoid Atlanta traffic between 3-7pm on the weekday. It can be quite challenging at times! Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport is the busiest airport in the world. Please plan accordingly. TSA pre-check line is normally 30 minutes long and getting bags at baggage claim can take up to 45 minutes.

Car Rental is the best way to get to and from Helen, GA. Rates start at about $100 for 3 days in a small car with no insurance excess. Renting cars and carpooling is highly recommended.
