When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know, but no later than November 30th.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, under the travel tab you can access our hotel block. The Double Tree Hotel is right down the road from the venue. Book using our wedding block to get discounted group rates. They have a bar, restaurant, and Starbucks in the same building!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a shuttle running between the hotel and the reception venue for drop-off and pick-up.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space constraints, we’re only able to include those listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “and guest,” we can’t wait to meet them!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know! We’ve tried to offer a variety of menu options to accommodate different dietary needs. If you don’t see something that works for you, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make arrangements.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of parking available right outside the venue, so you’ll have no trouble finding a spot.
