Orlando native, UCF electrical engineering grad, and now project manager for medical equipment, Chris is ecstatic to have met the Tampa girl who decided to set up roots in his home town. Also grateful the bride comes with a furry dachshund who has managed to melt his heart (almost) as much as the bride has.

Sara is a High School English teacher born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She moved to Orlando to attend UCF and never left! She’s glad of this, because as luck would have it her fiancé has lived down the street from the barn where she competed as a college equestrian his whole life.
Patricia Thames
Mother of the Bride
Patty is Sara’s mom, confidant, and close friend. Daily after-work chats with Sara and her part-time job as Assistant Wedding Manager keep her on her toes.
Keith Thames
Father of the Bride
Keith is Sara’s dad, longtime cheerleader and bitter college football rival. He would have preferred to wear a baseball cap today.
Petra McCord
Mother of the Groom
German with an accent that Chris cannot hear, she has been her son's biggest cheerleader throughout his entire life. She survived his crazy childhood and had the patience of a saint. She has had the greatest influence on who Chris is today. Her A+++ personality prepared him for Sara's A+++ personality too.

He has always been working hard in the background to ensure his family had what they needed to live great lives and travel to Germany every year. Quiet but firm, Chris will always remember the day he said, "I'm proud of you son," on Chris' first day of work traveling to New Orleans.

Shelby is Sara’s younger sister. Hobby artist and pastry chef, she is surrounded by artistic flair!

Best Man
Older brother to Chris and permanently sarcastic, he gave an instant "yes" to the role of best man. He is a lover of food and video games which have both rubbed off on Chris.
Kelly Murphy

Kelly has known Sara since pre-school, and the two have been friends as they attended elementary, high school, and college together. Kelly has just become a nurse anesthetist!
Kyra Boudreau

Kyra is part of Sara’s chosen family—a “cousin” that has been close since birth. Kyra is an elementary school teacher and recently celebrated her first wedding anniversary with her husband Logan.
Michelle Potter

Michelle and Sara met as first year teachers at Colonial High School. Friendship forged through the flames has helped us each of us grow as people and as educators. Michelle is now teaching near her home. She and her husband Tyler have the sweetest baby girl Zara.
Sachin Nayee

He has been a friend to Chris since high school. They met challenging each other in various online game during web design class, all of which Chris naturally won (please don't verify with Sachin). Chris will be forever grateful for Sachin and his wife Amanda's kindness and hospitality.
Stephen Wilkes
Groomsman
Stephen and Chris met during summer classes at UCF. They became lab partners because Chris thought skateboarders were cool, and Steve rode a skateboard. They lived like roommates for the latter half of college and enjoyed long talks, walks (not on the beach), and gaming sessions.
Mark Finlay

Chris' "brother" due to being neighbors since literal birth, Dan is the only one who has known Chris longer and it's probably by only a matter of hours or a few days. Mark's first daughter is the god daughter to Chris. A mutual love of the gym, road rage, and gaming growing up turned their friendship into brotherhood over time.
