The closest airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), just 10-15 minutes from most hotels and venues. It’s a small, easy-to-navigate airport with direct flights from many major cities. If you can’t find a convenient flight into PSP, here are other major airport options: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – 2-hour drive San Diego International Airport (SAN) – 2.5-hour drive

Airbnb or VRBO

There are many great Airbnb, or Vrbo, options in and around Palm Springs, and most of them have pools! This is a great (and more economical) option for larger groups that want to stay together. We recommend groups of friends/family look at house rentals. If you choose to rent an Airbnb, and want to be close to the weekend’s festivities, we recommend staying in Palm Springs, but you can certainly look at options in the surrounding areas. It is very easy to get around Palm Springs (by car or Uber).

If you fly into Palm Springs, there are rental car services or Ubers to get around Palm Springs. Hotels in Palm Springs, the venue, etc are all within 10-15 minutes from the Palm Springs airport.

Things to Know

Palm Springs is very walkable within downtown, but a car or rideshare is helpful if you’re staying outside the area. Many hotels offer complimentary bikes, a fun way to explore the city. In November, Palm Springs is sunny and warm during the day (70s-80s°F) and cooler at night (50s-60s°F). We recommend booking early since Palm Springs is a popular destination!
