The ceremony will be in at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Stone Oak and the reception will be at Scenic Springs in Helotes. A good in-between spot is an area called La Cantera.
Feel free to stay wherever you would feel most comfortable. Please see the Travel section for hotel recommendations.
We ask that guests arrive wearing semi formal attire! Ladies can wear knee-length or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and men can wear suits, tie optional. Bold colors are encouraged for a fun, fairytale vibe! White and similar hues will be reserved for the bride and groom, and light blue is reserved for the bridal party. You should expect the weather to be about 70 degrees with humidity. It may be chiller, it may be hotter-- our fate lies in the hands of Texas. It will cool down slightly when the sun goes down.
The ceremony will be indoors. At the reception, cocktail hour will be on a covered outdoor patio and the rest of the events will take place indoors, with options to mingle outdoors.
We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
We've taken lots of time to carefully consider our guest list while accounting for the capacity limit at our venue. If a plus one is included on your invitation, you will receive a plus one card in your invitation.
Out of respect for the church, we ask that all guests put away their phones during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments. All are welcome to take pictures during the reception though!
