Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Kaitlynn Leninsky

Best Woman

My sister and I have always had plans since we were kids to be in each other’s wedding. Last summer, I had the opportunity to be Kaitlynn’s Man of Honor at her wedding and loved every second of it. My sis has always been my go-to, tv show buddy, and my absolute best friend. Even though she didn’t even want a little brother, I still love her more than she’ll ever know. I am so lucky to be able to have such a close relationship with my sister!

Allie Teta

Maid of Honor

My older sister Allie has always been the person I turn to for advice and late night life chats. She is understanding and reassuring. I have modeled myself after her example, especially when I am unsure of myself or the situation I am in. We grew up with our bedrooms right next to each other, having the downstairs to ourselves and fighting over our shared use of the bathroom and hall mirror. I have loved all of our silly memories (tricking you out of my room so I can be alone and avoid your incessant snuggling) and weird obsessions (Vampire Diaries and Allstar Weekend to name a few of the greats).

Kaleb Hampton

Best Man

Kaleb and I met during our first few weeks at WKU and have been best friends ever since. From joining the same fraternity, to becoming roommates, cruising buddies, and spending many nights (and money) at Hilligans, Kaleb’s been the brother that I always wanted but never had. He is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and will do absolutely anything you ask of him. Even though I’ve only known him for 5 years, it feels like a lifetime and I know that we’ll be best friends for years to come.

Kelly Teta

Maid of Honor

Kelly is my spunky little sis! She is energetic, optimistic, and adventurous. Kelly is always there to hype me up or make me feel better. She never fails to make me feel like the best big sis or person in the world, even when I don't think so. One of my favorite memories with Kelly was the creation of our car "sister fund" while going to school together at Sacred Heart Academy (basically just using gas money that should be going to our parents on sister activities such as going to Graeter's on Fridays after school). We are currently living together in Lexington, and it is a dream come true! Fun fact: She and Kyle took a class together in college!

Matthew Bunnell

Groomsman

When I first met Matt, I honestly thought he hated me. Turns out, that’s just how he treats people he likes (I always thought that was odd). Matthew convinced me to join Spirit Masters at WKU and pushed me to become the greatest version of myself. Matt became my mentor, someone I looked up to, and soon became one of my closest friends. Matt is one of the most dedicated people you’ll ever meet, and I look forward to being on his cabinet when he becomes President of the United States.

Rosalie Usher

Bridesmaid

We've been best friends since our mothers joined a local "Mommy and Me" playgroup in the 90's!! It's such a special thing to have been friends for so long, and I love that we have shared so many memories. From begging our moms for sleepovers to staying up all night imagining our future weddings to sharing lunch bunch, spring breaks, and Swedish pancakes, Rosalie has been there through it all! She is always there for me and is truly more like a sister. Rosalie is a talented singer, musician, nurse, cake decorator, and hair stylist!

Ethan Handel

Groomsman

Ethan and I met during our first week at WKU. He lived right down the hall from me in our dorm, but slept more on our floor than he did in his own room. Ethan is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, but also one of the craziest. There’s nothing that Ethan wouldn’t do for you, and has been there through all of my ups and downs since freshman year. I can’t wait to make many trips to Disney to visit Ethan and Hailee in Orlando, but more importantly I can’t wait to see Ethan’s future debut for the WWE.

Rachael Schmetzer

Bridesmaid

Rachael and I have been friends since starting Kindergarten at St. Patrick in 2000!! We luckily spent many of the next 12 years in classes together and became inseparable. Rachael is such a loyal friend in every sense of the word and is always there to support me in what I am doing. She is someone I can talk to about anything in my life, and we all need a friend like that! My favorite memories with Rachael include playing lacrosse in 8th grade (I scored 1 total goal while she scored about 100), dances at Sacred Heart (and our awkward dates), visits to WKU/UofL, and living together in Lexington!

Jackson Bennett

Groomsman

I’m not quite sure where to begin with Jackson (aka Teddy). Teddy was the first person I met at WKU and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Jackson is incredibly genuine and truly cares for both Amy and me. So much so, that he cried (and I mean sobbed) when saying goodbye to Amy before his move to Fort Myers, Florida. We’ve had many crazy nights and so many memories that we’ll remember forever. Teddy is one of the most fun individuals you’ll ever meet. He’s always been the life of the party, and I know he’ll hold true to that title at our wedding.

Sarah Linder

Bridesmaid

Sarah and I met during our first week at WKU. She luckily lived two doors away, and we became fast friends. Sarah is my sounding board, confidant, and partner-in-crime. We make a great team! If we didn't, we wouldn't have survived the many hours of Chemistry labs we endured and two weeks of traveling Europe in 2018. Sarah was also at Harlaxton when Kyle and I started dating. She is one of the coolest people I know. She currently lives in Newcastle, England pursuing her Master's in art restoration at North Umbria University.

Blake Pawley

Groomsman

Blake was my completely random roommate freshman year at WKU. Who knew that random strangers could become close friends in such a short time period. Blake has been there through every step of college, all of my ups and downs, and was a huge part in my relationship with Amy. We were able to study abroad together at Harlaxton where Blake was a key component in me confessing my love to Amy. Even after Harlaxton, Blake and I stayed travel buddies and we were able to visit 2 more countries on our most recent adventure. Obviously, Blake is my most international friend and I cannot wait for another trip across the pond to visit him in Madrid, Spain where he will be teaching English for the next year.

Holly Sewell

Bridesmaid

Holly and I met through mutual friends after we both decided to attend college at WKU. We quickly decided to live together and remained roommates all four years! She is the easiest and best person to live with. Holly has been there through all my greatest adult adventures. She has seen me deal with work and school stress, my first serious boyfriend (that's Kyle!), applying for graduate school, achieving extracurricular goals, and traveling the world — we visited 7 countries together while at Harlaxton! I got to stand by her side when she married Hunter, and now she gets to stand by mine! Holly is a friend who always loves me and has my best interests in mind.
