This seems kinda weird, is this a normal wedding?

No, its not! Tess and I will be getting married at a private family ceremony/wedding on September 30th. This reception will be taking place 2 weeks later on Friday, October 13th for an exclusive evening with friends.

The "Gothic Cocktail" dress code for our Friday the 13th reception party includes a dark, gothic, and potentially edgy look. Guests should aim to dress in all-black or dark-colored clothing with a gothic or alternative twist. A black dress or dark jeans with a collard shirt will hit the mark and feel free to spice it up with accessories.

Feel free to relax, this date and theme is mostly due to timing and coincidence. With that in mind, we felt like diving into it head first.

While kiddos are sweet, this will be an adult only party. Any children in attendance may be selected as a sacrifices to the dark lord.
