Do you have transportation between the Hotel and the venue?

To help everyone arrive stress-free and get back safely after a night of celebrating, here's the transportation schedule for the day. 🚍 Getting to Belhurst Castle 3:30 PM – Pickup at Holiday Inn Express 3:45 PM – Pickup at White Springs Manor 4:00 PM – Arrival at Belhurst Castle 💍 4:30 PM – Wedding Ceremony 🍸 5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour Sip, mingle, and enjoy the beautiful grounds. 🍽️ 6:00 PM – Reception Eat • Drink • Dance • Repeat 💃🕺 Make memories, visit with friends and family, and don't forget to save room for dessert! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌙 Need a Ride Home? We've Got You Covered! Shuttle service back to White Springs Manor and Holiday Inn Express will begin at 9:30 PM. The dress code is cocktail or semiformal attire. Think polished, party-ready outfits—fancy dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or dressy separates all work perfectly. The goal is to feel comfortable, look great, and be ready to celebrate with us on the dance floor!

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

Get ready to enjoy a little bit of everything! The ceremony will be outdoors on the grass—perfect for romantic vows.💚 After that, the cocktail hour will take over the patio, where you can sip, snack, and soak up the fresh air. 🍹🌞 And finally, the reception will move indoors, where the music, dancing, and celebrating can really kick into high gear—no weather worries, just pure fun! 💃🎶

Will there be Dinner?

Answer

Yes! We’re serving a plated dinner, so no buffet elbow wars here—your food will come right to you. Come hungry, because each course is designed to fuel your dancing, laughing, and maybe even a dramatic slow-spin on the dance floor. 😉

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space (and dance floor!) limits, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invite says “and guest,” then yes, please bring your plus-one! Otherwise, we can’t wait to celebrate with just you—it wouldn’t be the same without you there. ❤️

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones—we really do! But for this celebration, we kindly ask that you leave the kiddos at home and treat this as a night off just for the grown-ups. Think of it as a mini vacation: eat, drink, dance, and sleep in without a 6 a.m. wake-up call. 😉
