When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 1, 2024. We hope you can RSVP by this date and join us in celebrating our wedding weekend! If we do not hear from you by June 1, 2024, we will assume you are unable to attend. Please reach out if there are any extenuating circumstances! We hope you all can make it 🤍

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay within the venue's limitations. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (18+) event. We hope you understand our decision.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, if able! Friday Night - Formal attire in the color black! (dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, tuxes optional). Saturday Ceremony & Reception - "Garden Formal" (Semi-Formal/Festive) Ladies, think bright colors (below the knee for dresses/skirts) and outdoor garden landscaping (keep this in mind when choosing your shoes). Gentlemen, think suits in blue, grey, beige, black, pink, etc. (Average temperatures in Austin, Texas in October are 75-85 degrees Fahrenheit and 24-30 degrees Celsius) Saturday Activities - Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees to bathing suits (there is a pool and a lake!) and barefeet. Saturday Dinner & Dancing - Campfire-Cocktail Attire (Jackets Optional): sundresses, sandals, jeans, polos, linen shirts & suits, dress shorts, short or long sleeve button ups. Bride will be in white.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Lots of free parking at The Retreat Balcones Springs for guests for the whole weekend!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Coffee and pastries will be served before the ceremony at 9:00AM on Saturday October 12, 2024 at the location of the ceremony (The Amphitheater at The Retreat at Balcones Springs). Please arrive to the ceremony before 10:00AM to allow yourself time to find a seat. Ceremony will begin at 10:00AM.

Answer
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and hair dryers will be provided in the rooms.
