By contacting Catherine at The Travel Centre, a package rate of $900USD/person (single) or $525USD/person (couple) is available (and highly recommended). The package rate includes: The total cost of a 5 night stay at Kapok Hotel ($750USD/room) Transport to and from airport and all wedding events ($50USD/person) Down d Islands Monday event ($100USD/person includes transportation, food and drink including beer & wine) If any other "things to do" interest you, please contact Catherine and she will advise and can book any additional tours.

From the Airport: As most airlines only operate one or two daily flights into Trinidad we anticipate many of you will be arriving around the same time. Once we have an idea of everyone's arrival times we will organize a shuttle or few to get you from the airport to the Kapok Hotel. Wedding day: There will be shuttles from Kapok hotel to the church and then from the church to the reception. There will also be a shuttle from the reception to the hotel. Day Down the Islands: The bus will pick up everyone from Kapok and drop them off at the marina. At the end of the day the bus will return to take everyone back to the hotel. A boat will be taken to the island home.
