Maid of Honor
It's been 21 years of sisterhood and friendship and despite the fights and bickering, we've still managed to stay besties. Emma has stood by me, supporting me and sometimes laughing with me, through every season of my life.
Best Man
A real one since day one, Josh has been one of my biggest heroes since the beginning. His tenacity inspires me to dream bigger and build a better world. His child-like spirit and humor remind me to not take myself too seriously and to stay in the present moment.
Bridesmaid
Sisters for the win. My built-in best friends and support system! Chelsea is incredibly caring and talented, and will also be making our wedding cake!
Groomsman
Jack Charles has been my wild friend since age 4. From pre-school to now, I've always looked forward to hanging with Jack, knowing we would be burning, shooting, jumping, or tackling something in our time together. He teaches me to be all in all the time.
Bridesmaid
Caitlyn has been inspiring me and taking care of me since I was born! 10 years older than me, she's had a major impact on my life, passions, and worldview, and I am forever grateful for her.
Groomsman
For some reason, Katlin wanted to hang out with me when I was 14. Even crazier, he wanted to get coffee with me every Monday of my senior year. Across oceans, up mountains, and in coffee shops, he always reminds me that God is good and life is fun.
Bridesmaid
Mack and I met at a birthday party in kindergarten, I thought she was a little crazy but it turns out so am I!We've been besties ever since. Mack will be honest and real with anything, which has made her such a valuable friend to me. I love growing up with this girl.
Groomsman
Blake beat me to the marriage game by a few years. Over coffees and phone calls, he's opened up his heart and shared wisdom and insight into the highs and lows of engagement and marriage. His vulnerability, wisdom, and listening ear are more precious to me than he knows.
Bridesmaid
Olivia and I have known each other forever but have grown close since leaving high school, especially thanks to our spring break trip consisting of Olivia, Jack, me, and my dad in Flordia LOL. I can't tell you how many hours we spend sending each other Marco Polos.
Groomsman
Alec was one of my first friends in Franklin. I'm so grateful that we were put into the same small group at FSM 8 years ago. Since then we've screamed in Backyard Burgers, made Brett eat in the rain, and talked about a lot of real life.
Bridesmaid
Rachel and I became friends in third grade, led games together throughout high school youth group, traveled to Peru together four times, and continue to share all parts of our lives. It's safe to say she knows me reallll well, and I wouldn't want to grow up with anyone else.
Groomsman
C'mon son. Brett LaMitchel Hulett and I have spent countless hours watching Psych, playing basketball in his driveway (with our feet), and playing "what are the odds?" over the past 8 years. I'm grateful we were put in the small group with that old guy Heath.
Bridesmaid
A true Davie County girl at heart, she almost (but didn't) scare me away with her love of all things country. I still love her for her ability to be a loving listener and friend whenever I need one.
Groomsman
So much more than a freshman roommate, Michael is a man I look up to tremendously. He's always teaching me to look closer and live slower. He's one of those people you just want to sit and listen to. I wish I could say more, but just go read his book. http://www.lulu.com/shop/michael-s-allen/rededication/paperback/product-24279334.html
Bridesmaid
From Statesville, NC, Kate and I moved in together my sophomore year of college without really knowing each other. It wasn't long afterwards that we realized how similar we are (especially as fellow nines on the enneagram). Now she's one of my closest and sweetest friends!
Groomsman
Since my Freshman year of college, Jake has been a trusted friend and mentor. I want to be like him when I grow up. He has a passion for story that's contagious, and he lives life by a different set of rules. Also he's a real life cowboy, which is super dope.
Bridesmaid
Rachel made me laugh with her love of Kyle Mooney and SNL when we met freshman year of college. She is goofy, fun, loving and thoughtful! She fights for those she loves and lets you know you have someone on your team.
Groomsman
As my RUF leader, Joseph is a great mentor and friend. We've grown close this year as we are both in that 'get married young' gang. Having someone in the same stage of life as me has (and will continue to be) a game-changer.
Bridesmaid
My future sister-in-law, she was first my friend. Despite Jack’s objections, she would pick me up from my far parking spot in my sophomore year of high school, because she is that kind!
Groomsman
To cap off this all-star list of men is my friend Bruno. Bruno and I meet in Peru when I was 15, and despite the distance, we've kept our friendship alive over Skype. He is one of the people I am able to confide in the most, and I am overjoyed that he's flying to the states for our wedding.
