**THIS IS WHERE THE BRIDE AND GROOM WILL BE STAYING** For your convenience, we have secured a LIMITED number of discounted rooms for the nights of September 15th and 16th at THE STUDY at YALE. **Note September is a busy month for New Haven and nearby colleges, we recommend booking accommodations sooner rather than later! Use our code (DeFILIPPO WEDDING) to receive the discounted rate of $229/night. In order to receive this rate, please call the main hotel number listed above, by JULY 31, 2023. You do not need to stay both nights to get the discount. Check in anytime after 3:00 PM, check out anytime before 12:00 PM (guests can call the hotel to inquire about early check-in) Please reach out if you find that the block has been filled and we will do our best to add more rooms based on hotel availability. There are multiple other conveniently-located hotels near the venue. HOTEL PARKING: Overnight valet parking is available for $32 (inclusive of tax) with in and out privileges. Alternatively, there are local public parking garages within short walking distance (eg. York Garage, Crown Street Garage, The Shops at Yale Parking). If you're feeling lucky, there is limited street parking in New Haven. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Shuttle service to/from this hotel and the wedding venue will be available. The first shuttle transporting guests to the wedding venue will arrive at the hotel at 4 pm. Shuttle service from the NHLC back to the hotel will begin at 10:00 pm with last shuttle leaving venue at 11:30 pm.
