If you are traveling from afar or prefer to fly, here are some options: SUGGESTED AIRPORTS: HVN (NEW HAVEN, CT) 15-minute drive; This is a small airport serviced primarily by Avelo Airlines which travels to several large U.S. cities BDL (WINDSOR LOCKS/HARTFORD, CT) 1 hour drive; Approximately $100 cab ride to hotels *Bradley airport will offer the most flight options and you can take a direct train (~40 minute ride) from BDL to New Haven BY TRAIN: Trains from New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. all travel to New Haven in under five hours. Amtrak, Metro North and other regional rail lines go to and from Union Station which is approximately 1 mile from the hotel
On the day of the wedding, shuttle service to and from THE STUDY HOTEL and the wedding venue (NHLC) will be available. The first shuttle transporting guests to the wedding venue will depart from the hotel at 4 pm. The Lawn Club has a complimentary on-premise parking lot for guests of the wedding. Guests may leave their vehicles overnight and return in the morning to collect them We recommend taking advantage of the shuttle or Uber/Lyft if you plan on partying!
All events will take place indoors, however, there is an outdoor terrace that guests are able to enjoy
