Stephen and Tess met the good old fashioned way: Hinge. It was a Thursday night at 9pm and after near 24hrs of constant communication they both had to see for themselves if the person on the other side of the phone was really that cool. After conversations over tallboy PBRs, Tess refusing to let Stephen pay, and pizza at Couzin Angeline's (RIP) the pair still wasn't ready to say goodbye. So, Tess suggested a movie at her place. After sitting on opposite sides of the couch, watching one of Tess' favorites (Chopping Mall, 1986), and wondering why the other one wouldn't make a move...they finally kissed and said goodbye at 3am. Luckily, that goodbye was really only ever a "see you soon".
