To book your hotel, you MUST use the link attached here. YOU WILL NOT get the special rate if you DO NOT reserve your room via the link attached. To modify your stay duration, number of guests, or number of rooms; click 'Edit Stay' and make any necessary adjustments. The hotel will provide a shuttle to take guests to and from the airport AND to and from the wedding venue. However, only HILTON CHARLOTTE AIRPORT guests will have access to these shuttles. At booking, you will be asked to put a card on file, HOWEVER, you will NOT be charged until you arrive at the hotel for CHECKIN. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible as inventory is limited and we cannot guarantee a discounted rate otherwise.
