Question

What are the wedding colors and what should I wear?

Answer

The colors are Crimson and Gold. We ask guest of Shala to wear Gold and guest of Terry to wear Crimson. Please come dressed in formal wear.

Where can I find Hotel options?

Answer

We will recommend a few hotels for each event near the location of the event. These options can be found under the "Travel" Tab. While you are welcome to look at other options, we recommend you look within the recommended hotels as we may have discounted rates.

How do I RSVP for events?

Answer

Click on the RSVP tab at the top. Once in that section, scroll down to the name search section and Type in your name. Please be sure to type in your name EXACTLY as it was inputted into the Guest Tracker (i.e, if you added a hyphen to your last name, be sure to search with the hyphen). Once you find your name under the search, select your name (and if you have a plus 1, your guest's name) and click the "select" button. You will then Respond, "Will Attend" or Will Not Attend"

Will children be allowed to attend?

Answer

No. While we encourage all guests to be over the age of 21; we are required by State Law to prevent the attendance of guests under 18 due to the presence of alchohol. We apologize if this creates any inconvenience.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes but only if you are staying at the Hilton Charlotte Airport. See the travel tab for details.

I can't find my name under the RSVP tab. How do I RSVP now?

Answer

First, be sure that this is the EXACT way your name was inputted into the Guest Tracker link. Next, type in the name of your party member as they may pull up your invitation. If after that attempt your name doesn't come up, email us at theatwaters223@gmail.com so we can help you resolve this issue.

Do I automatically have a Plus One?

Answer

No. Your additional Guest for ALL events must be specified in advance. If you have a plus one you wish to add, email us at theatwaters223@gmail.com

Where is the Official Registry?

Answer

The Official Registry is under the "Registry" tab

What if I want to give you a gift not on the registry?

Answer

That's fine as well! We accept any gift! :)

Question

Where is your address for shipping gifts?

Answer

When you purchase through our registry, our address will be added at the end of the purchase discretely. Otherwise, email us at theatwaters223@gmail.com for our shipping location.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All of your wedding related events will pop up when you RSVP. Outside of that, Charlotte has tons of things to do! Please check our “Things To Do” tab for attractions ranging from Amusement parks, Museums, rooftop bars, wineries, go carting, and more!
