The Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton is located 15 minutes from the reception venue. This is our preferred hotel where room blocks are reserved. The Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton will offer a group rate for our wedding guests but does not guarantee availability. We recommend booking early! The group cutoff date is Saturday, June 10, 2023. This is the last day you are able to book within our wedding block. Shuttle

Guest Reception Shuttle

June 24, 2023 4:00 pm - 12:45 am

A private shuttle will be available for guests from the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton to the cocktail hour and reception at Gervasi Vineyard. Thomas Limousine shuttles will pick up guests at the hotel at the following times: 4:00pm, 4:40pm, 4:50pm, and 5:20pm. The shuttle can hold 25 passengers per trip. Make sure to get on the shuttle as early as possible! A shuttle will also be available from Gervasi Vineyard to the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton at the end of the reception. Thomas Limousine shuttles will pick up guests at Gervasi to return to the hotel at the following times: 10:10pm, 10:50pm, 11:30pm, 12:10am, and 12:50am. The shuttle can hold 25 passengers per trip.
