YAL-KU CENOTE Y Laguna Yalku
You can rent a golf cart from the hotel and go snorkeling in Yal-ku. There are multiple entrances to the lagoon. $15 entrance fee and $15 to rent snorkel gear & a life jacket. There is a great on the water restaurant/bar between the hotel and Yal-ku named La Buena Vita, stop here after for a drink or bite to eat.
Akumal Dive Center
Dive Center on the hotel property. Also a great place to rent snorkel gear for a guided sea turtle tour.
Akumal Dive Shop
Dive shop down the beach. Both dive shops are within a 5 minute walk of each other and depending on the day and number of guests booked provide different dives throughout the day. Both are great options.
Rent a Golf Cart
Fun to drive around for a couple of hours. Take the golf cart to lunch at La Buena Vita
Coba Ruins Walking Tour
I have been told that the Coba ruins tour includes swimming in multiple cenotes and is a must do. I will provide more information on this soon.
Jungle Fish Beach Club
Jungle fish is a restaurant/beach club, great place to grab lunch and hang out for a few hours
Turtle Bay Bakery and Cafe
My favorite food spot around the corner from the hotel. Get the Mexican street corn! Also they have amazing homemade ice cream 😃
Taverna Akumal - Restaurant
Restaurant located on 2nd floor of plaza near hotel. Perfect for a nice night out. Food is great service is wonderful. Nice cocktail menu and a menu including italian dishes and wood fired pizza
La Buena Vida - Restaurant
Great food with outside seating on the water. If you rent a golf cart, take it here for lunch
