We ask that you please wear something dressy and smart. The dress code is Cocktail Attire. - Women: You can wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits. Please no jeans, and no pink dresses! - Men: Suits, jackets and slacks, tie optional. Please no jeans! Remember, weather in The Netherlands is often unpredictable, so check the weather forecast in advance. We often recommend carrying an umbrella or having a light jacket on hand. Also, the streets in the center of The Hague are made of cobblestones or sand, so be mindful of your footwear.
We're getting married at the Old Town Hall in The Hague. The address is: Dagelijkse Groenmarkt 1, 2513 AL Den Haag.
The ceremony starts at 15h00 on the clock. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 to 15 minutes earlier. There's a waiting room at the venue.
The wedding location is situated in a no-car zone. Street parking is difficult to find in the area, but there are a number of garages within walking distance: Q-Park City Parking, Q-Park Grote Markt, Q-Park Torengarage.
The Old City Hall is easily reachable by Tram 17 (Gravenstraat), Tram 1 or Bus 61 (Kneuterdijk), Tram 15 (Buitenhof), or Tram 16 (Kalvermarkt-Stadhuis). The center of The Hague is pretty small and walkable. Or you if you're feeling adventurous, you can always cycle! Plenty of bike parking around :)
Don't worry, we got you covered. The Reception will be hosted only 15 minutes walking from the Ceremony. You can join us for a walk with the photographer or meet us there! You can also take tram 17 from Gravenstraat to Korte Voorhout.
The Hotel des Indes offers valet parking for 4.50 eur per hour. There are also a few garages within walking distance: Interparking Museumkwartier or Q-Park Malieveld.
