The pier is free to visit. On the pier you can purchase food and drinks. The pier has a small beach if you are looking to put your feet in the water. There is also a free tram that take you to the end of the pier and back. Be sure to go to the top and check out the great views of downtown St. Pete.
Looking for another free activity? Go on a walking tour to see some of the beautiful murals that St. Pete has to offer. Every year in October St Pete has a festival where artists from all over the world come to paint a murals. You can find all the murals and their locations on the website. Be sure to check out any that are within walking distance of your hotel/location.
If your looking for another free activity make sure you check out the walking path at North Shore Park. There is also a small beach here where you can put your toes in the sand or sit in the grass and and enjoy the beautiful weather.
