Hampton Inn Butler

We have reserved a block of rooms for Friday July 19, 2019 - Saturday July 20, 2019. To reserve your room, you can either call and let the front desk know it is for the Lotarski-Petty Wedding, or we have provided a link for you to book online which will get you our discount. To receive the discount rooms must be booked no later than June 19, 2019 or they will get released back to the hotel. We look forward to seeing you!

Fairfield Inn & Suites

If there is no more availability left at the Hampton Inn, we have reserved a block of rooms here at the Fairfield Inn & Suites which is located 4 miles down the road from the Hampton Inn. To reserve your room, please either call the front desk and let them know you are booking for the Lotarski-Petty Wedding, or we have provided a link to reserve online which will get you our discount. We look forward to seeing you!

Travel Note

Ceremony Transportation

Transportation to the White Barn will be provided from both Hotel’s. First departure starts at 2:00PM and will pick up from both Fairfield and Hampton. Last arrival to the White Barn is at 2:50PM to ensure you all are there for the 3 o’clock ceremony start time!

Reception Transportation

To our guests who are staying at either hotel, transportation will be provided to to get you back to the hotel later in the evening! First departure from the White Barn back to the hotels is at 10:00PM.
