Are the ceremony and reception held in different locations?

Answer

No. Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the White Barn.

Question

Will there be transportation between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes. We will be using Anderson Coach buses to transport our guests between the hotel and the venue.

What time will you have transportation from the hotel take us to the venue?

Answer

We are currently working on a schedule of arrivals for our guest who will be using the buses to come over to the venue. The first bus will be leaving the Hampton Inn at 2. The last bus will be leaving no later than 2:35 time to make sure you all are there in time for the start of the ceremony.

What time will transportation be available to take us back to the hotel from the venue?

We are currently working on a schedule and will let you know when more details are available.

What time will the wedding party start arriving?

Answer

The Bridal Party will be on site all day. We should expect the grooms to be on site by 2.

Will there be an open bar or is it cash only?

Answer

We are having an open bar. Please remember to bring tip money for the bartenders.

Will children be allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love all children! However, we have decided to make this an adult-only celebration. If this is an issue, please let us know so we can make accommodations for you because we want you to be there celebrating our special day! We hope you understand.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course you can! Please make sure to let a know so we can get in touch with our caterer to make sure that we make can accommodate your meal!

Question

If both hotel recommendations you provided are booked in full, where else can you recommend getting a hotel?

Answer

There are a few other hotels in the Butler area that are within the driving distance to the venue that isn't out of the way from the other hotels we are recommended. Please look into the Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn & Suites, and the Days Inn. If you have any issues please don't hesitate to contact us to help you find a place to stay!
