Our love story began in high school in Spanish class, Omar the class clown and Kayla the quiet shy girl in the back. There were always rumblings between mutual friends of Kayla liking Omar but in person nothing would spark until the infamous braces picture. Those who know us, know this was the picture that sparked this entire relationship. It was a simple one but we both knew this was the one that would lead us to spending our lives together. On September 9th of 2011, Omar built up the courage to ask her to be his girlfriend! In that moment, Omar never would have thought he’d be asking her to marry him years later. After finishing high school and continuing through college we spent every second we could together, going on vacations, partying, spending time with family and traveling. We’ve had the opportunity to watch ourselves grow from kids to adults; but there will be one thing we will always watch grow to the end of time… our love for each other.
