The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies should wear formal dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Guests staying at the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn will be provided transportation via shuttle. Please come back and visit at a later time for detailed information on pickup and drop off times.
Guest's should arrive to the venue at 6:00 PM. A shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the Best Western Plus Fairfield Inn. Please arrive to lobby by 5:45 PM should you like to take the shuttle.
Guests can self park in the venue parking lot, or use the valet services. Self park guests will be guided where to park on the day of the event. Guests are also welcome to leave cars at the venue overnight and pick them up in the morning. You will need to speak with the event manager before doing this.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
