Our journey began in China—two strangers from opposite corners of the world, Diego from Italy and Teodora from Canada—brought together by what can only be described as the universe’s playful sense of humor. Neither of us expected that pursuing our master’s degrees would lead to something so life-changing. It’s found in the laughter, the playful debates over the "right" way to fold clothes, Teodora’s optimistic “five minutes” that always turn into fifteen, and the meals lovingly cooked by Diego (pasta included).
