veal parmigiana- oven baked breaded veal with marinara sauce and cheese and with a side of spaghetti

poseidan's alfredo- shrimp and scallops topped with alfredo sauce; served over fettuccine

ricotta stuffed shells- covered in marinara sauce and baked with mozzarella cheese

chicken marsala- chicken sauteed in marsala wine and fresh mushrooms; served with capellini
