What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at the Grandview at 4:30pm for welcome drinks. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, so this will give everyone enough time to arrive, take in the view, and be seated.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside followed by cocktail hour/the reception that will take place indoors.

What is the dress code?

We kindly ask that you wear formal attire.

Will there be transportation to/from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttle service for guests at Homewood Suites and Marriott Residence Inn to/from the venue. We are looking into adding shuttle service for the third hotel listed (Marriott Courtyard). Note, The Grandview is under a 10-minute drive from the hotels.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at The Grandview. They have a large parking lot and allow guests to leave their vehicle overnight if needed.
