Jenna and Trevor met in January of 2021. The world was slowly coming out of COVID, and it was the start of a new year. They met at The Madison (a town favorite) in Hoboken where they both lived at the time. They both left their first date smitten, but unsure of where the relationship was heading. It didn’t take long for them to realize they had found something special. That first date turned into a second, and the second into a third. As things started to become more serious, they needed approval from the head of household. Jenna brought Trevor home to meet him, on their fourth date. After a somewhat shaky interview process, Trevor won Tugg’s approval. Tugg ultimately granted his permission for the relationship to continue. Before they knew it, they were taking their first trip together. The destination was New Paltz, NY. It was a trip of firsts and lasts for the forming family (JT&T). A first hike for Tugg, a first Clemson Bros cheese curd for Jenna, and the last time Trevor would ever ask someone to be his girlfriend. In addition to being a place to experience beautiful hikes and Fall foliage, New Paltz became a starting place. While it was the first trip, it was far from the last. Jenna and Trevor have taken every opportunity to chase adventure. Bringing Tugg whenever possible, the couple has traveled the country by car, plane, campervan, and the occasional snowshoe. It was in the back of a camper van while touring New England they decided to move in together. It was on the way to the Colorado Rockies they shared a deep dish from Giordano’s with Tugg in Chicago. It was as they descended the peak of a snow crested Angel’s Landing in Zion, Trevor realized he found his adventure partner for life. The best trip of them all, was September 22, 2023, on a bluebird morning overlooking Maligne Lake Canada in Jasper National Park that Trevor proposed to Jenna. Many adventures later and everything in between, Jenna and Trevor are excited to start their next chapter on October 10, 2025 just a town over from where it all began in New Paltz, NY.
