Late cancellations will result in one night’s charge and tax. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 12am on the day following the arrival date. Should a guest fail to check-in by this time, a no-show charge of one night’s room and tax will be assessed, unless guest makes prior arrangements with the HOTEL for late arrival. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The HOTEL does not release any guest room keys while guest rooms are in the process of cleaning. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. PAYMENT: Each guest is required to provide a credit card for guarantee upon booking. No charges will be assessed until date of arrival. MISCELLANEOUS Complimentary Hot Breakfast and wifi is included for overnight guests. Parking fee is waived for the group.
