Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We kindly ask all guests to wear our wedding colors: hunter green, black, gold, tan, or white. And yes, I’m totally okay with guests wearing white—I’m not that bride who has to be the only one in white! 😊 We just want everyone to look amazing and coordinate with the beautiful theme of our special day.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We absolutely love children, but our wedding is adults-only. The only kids attending will be those who are part of the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a kid-free evening celebrating with us!

What time does the wedding start?
Answer
We will start promptly on time, and no one will be allowed to enter after the ceremony begins. Please make sure to arrive early so you don’t miss a moment of our special day!

Are you registered anywhere?
Answer
We’re so grateful for your love and support as we begin this new chapter together. Since we’re combining two households, we’re not registered at any stores. Instead, we kindly welcome monetary gifts to help us purchase the things we truly need. You’re welcome to give directly here on our website under the Registry tab, or you can also use: Cash App: $Thapastah or $Temeka27 There will also be a box for cards at the wedding for those who want to give cash. Thank you for being a part of our journey—your generosity and presence mean the world to us!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins. Doors will close promptly at the start time, and late entry will not be allowed. We are FIRM on this. NO late entry will be allowed.

Will there be a cocktail hour?
Answer
Absolutely! After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour before the reception. It’s the perfect time to mingle and celebrate before we get the party started!

Will there be assigned seating?

Yes, there will be assigned seating at the reception, so be sure to check the seating chart inside the wedding program.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Our wedding is invite-only, so unless your invitation specifically states a guest, we kindly ask that you do not bring a plus-one.

What should I do if I can’t attend?
Answer
We will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend so we can adjust accordingly.
